As your trusted wireless recycling partner, e-Cycle is pleased to provide an easy and safe way to recycle your used devices and accessories. The information on your devices will be sanitized using the most rigorous data security processes in the industry.

Please follow these steps:

1. Fill out the form to the left. Please note that this portal only supports shipments within the United States. A PO Box is not considered a valid address.
2. Print your pre-paid shipping label(s) and note the tracking number.
3. Complete shipping instructions are contained on the pages following the shipping label(s) and include the battery labels that must be attached to your package in accordance with the United States Department of Transportation regulations.
4. Please package no more than 50 devices per box, batteries should remain inside of the device. You can generate up to 10 shipping labels at a time.
5. IMPORTANT: If you are sending Apple or Samsung devices, you must deactivate your Apple "Find My iPhone/iPad" or Samsung “Find My Mobile” security feature prior to shipment.** Download the simple instructions (pdf)
